Privacy Policy

This policy explains in plain language what personal information blessclub.top (the “Site”, “we”, “us”) collects when you sign up for our online Spanish trial classes, why we need it, and the choices you have. It is written to follow Canada's federal privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

By ticking the consent box on the sign-up form and submitting it, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who is responsible

blessclub.top is responsible for the personal information collected through the Site. You can reach us at hello@blessclub.top with any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

• your email address — required, to confirm your sign-up and contact you;
• your phone number — optional, only if you choose to give it;
• technical data such as IP address, browser type and cookies, collected automatically so the Site works properly.

3. Why we use it

• to send you a confirmation email and check that the address is yours;
• to contact you about the 3 group trial classes and the private lesson, including class times;
• to send you emails about our classes until you unsubscribe;
• to answer messages you send us.

4. Your consent

We collect and use your information with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the sign-up form. We only send commercial emails to people who have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers that help us run the classes and send emails (for example, an email service and a video-class platform), only as needed for those tasks and under obligations to keep it confidential. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct or delete your information;
• withdraw your consent to emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message;
• contact us at hello@blessclub.top about any concern. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Cookies

The Site may use cookies to work correctly. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may then not work as expected.

9. Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
